I understand that 14" dia wheels were part of the the HyperPak Valiants option list and used at Daytona in 1960. Where they a unique HyperPak-specific wheel, or just a 14" wheel from elsewhere in the Mopar range?

Mmmm...never seen any suggestion or evidence that's the case, and all the photos I've seen of those cars look like 13" wheels. Where'd you read this?
If indeed those cars used 14" wheels, it would've been the same 14" x 4½" wheels used on the Australian-market R-S-AP5-AP6-VC cars and optional in North America starting in either '64½ or '65

Seeing as how there really was no such thing as a factory HP Valiant, options would be a moot point.

The HP kit was all over the counter stuff at the dealership. I have seen pictures of the complete setup and wheels were not included.
