On my 74 Dart Sport, the chrome rear bumper has three small holes in it for little rubber bumpers. Two are the same size and the middle one is slightly larger. These rubber items keep the license plate from vibrating on the chrome bumper causing a rattling noise. Where do you find replacement rubber bumpers. I've tried Year One and Hardins. I'll even use used ones.
