The roll cage for the car is moving forward... Chrome molly tubing went up to $6.45 ft. What the heck?
Just asking, but is CM really gonna be worth the extra money on a 10 second car? I know weight will be critical, but CM will only save what, 25-30 pounds? Customers wallet will be much lighter though. :D :D

I'm just glad we got the chrome molly cages installed in our personal 67 Barracuda and 68 Dart project's before the price of it went through the roof. How can I post pic's on this site? My files are always too large.

You said 10 second car. Does that mean 10.99 or 10.01?

Even a 10.99 in a slant powered car is mighty quick. I haven't made 12's, yet. Close a couple of times, but no cigar.

Our customer saw the Buzzin 1/2 Dozen and the other S6's run at Monster Mopar 06. We were there with my 4x4 Dodge Ram Rumble Bee and had Judy Lilly pilot it into the 12's, but that's another story..... He want's the 10's and a 10.99 will do it for him. The 6 point cage should be finished up tomorrow. I tried to put up pic's, but still can't do it. What the heck is a URL anyway's? lol

I also saw Mike make that run at MATS in 06. If you have seen his car you would note the complexity (more unbundled wires than I have seen for a while) and elegance of the car(stepped stainless steel headers).

Building a car to run like that and hold together is one tall order.

Hell.....just being a gentlemen like Mike is a tall order.

Mike has a good nitrous bracket combination for 10:50's w/o hurting anything. It's almost a shame that the Buzzin' car is parked. :(

Yes, there are lots of iwres in there. Mike knows where they all go too.

Next time you talk to him ask him about me helping him diagnose his MSD box at Gateway a few years ago.

Mike is very good people. Weather permitting I am celebrating Christmas with him in Lexington. :D

I am also dropping off another block, crank, and rods.
