Hello Folks,

Just like other posters from the wet coast, I too am getting things in order for the 2008 Racing year. I was wondering if there was any Idea of when the July race at Wilkesboro NC would be?

I have only one request: Can it NOT be the Weekend of july 11,12,13? That is when the All Chrysler Nationals is going on at Carlisle. I would really like to bring my car down and do some racin' with the folks down south.

I know that Empire Chrysler, Danny Dunn, and the Hambys work real; hard to put on a great show and It would be great if it was not double booked with any other large mopar event on the east coast.


And Lou, If I dont see you at pittsburgh or columbus I will Bring My street Tires to take you for a ride, I promise.

In any case, you should make Wilkesboro. Great race with fine folks and I bet you'll have more fun than at Carlisle. Not sure Ron Hamby will have too much choice, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind a PM with your preference.

I can't make Columbus, but Pittsburgh should be a go for me. Would love to have a ride in the Hpak Dart!

I am not sure that I would want to miss the Carlisle Show, that's why I put the request up..

But I do want to get down to wilkesboro and check out what there is to offer.

I like to think that I can actually do some "recruting" for this site and for SSRN and Slant Six Racing if I go to a big show like carlisle and talk to people wou would otherwise not go to or even Hear about the races.

I am pretty sure if the are scheduled on different weeknds you would get Brian too as He usually goes to carlisle with me.
