That is correct, however the 4-bbl. intake manifold mentioned above is not the EFI intake this thread is about.
Yes, I was more interested in trying out the casting... although if I had the budget for it, a copy of the custom fabricated EFI intake would be nice to try out, too. :)

Thanks for your replies guys !

My car/engine has been put on the back-burner. I have had a couple of issues to overcome, namely a top-end backfire @ fullboost which we misdiagnosed a few times. Finally I have determined that I have a small intake port water leak from some over adventurous porting that is a few years old. I have since located and purchased a NOS cylinder head which we are now working on but it not really on my list of highest priorities unfortunately as I have a great many work committments that will take precedence.

The long-runner manifold may well have an injector boss cast into it after we have done our first couple of test castings. Will keep you posted on that. It will not have a heater facility. We have worked on overall lengths from our Hemi Hurricane which we have not cast any heating facility into. All customers using our H/H intake have complimented it's lack of idle & down low issues which are common with long-runner intakes. We have another production run of H/H's being cast in Mid-Late Feb '08.

The intercooler is a water to air variant. It is an exact replica of the intercooler I ran in my old setup a few years ago which worked well then, this combo is not going to be running any more than 10-12lbs boost, so it will be more efficient than my setup. We chose this setup predominately because of the lack of room in this early A-Body (SV1), which is the same as your 1960-62 Plymouth Valiant / Dodge Lancer. The heat exchanger you see in the engine compartment connects to a water cooler which is mounted to the front of the radiator. Fortunately the Slant 6 lends to have quite a bit of room on the left, so this will work well for us on this build.

Thanks again for your interest in our work, keep the questions coming and I will try and get back as often as possible. Seasons Greetings to all you Slant 6 lovin' freaks ! :)

FYI : The cost of the fabricated intake you see in the image would be $895 AUD (Includes Injector Bosses Fitted) - Note : The intake in the image supplied is not complete.

That's about $780 USD, which isn't that much more than what I spent on having a Clifford intake reworked for EFI. It's tempting!

That is a good price on a fabbed intake. :D
