I'm not even sure I can make B Charlie. I will scale the car again at RT66 this spring. I have gotten some more weight out of it, and I have lost some weight myself since I actually woprk for a living now instead of sitting at a desk all day.

I am hoping the chassis work and stuff we've done over the winter actually help. I am at the ragged edge on the motor now, so no more just adding bigger jets to go faster.

Last time I had the Valiant out, I stopped at a truck scale on the way home. Exactly 2500# without me. I weight about 170-175, I can make "B" with about 25 lbs to spare.

"B" is an "open" record, and "C" is a 8.36. So even if you can't make "B", you could probably take the "C" record away from me.
