I plan to convert my 1987 D-150's slant-6 to TBI using a Chrysler-Holley dual-injectorTBI system (TBI. tank and fuel lines) from a 1990 D150 and a MegaSquirt ECU.

I can't find much info about this TBI. My Haynes D150 manual has a few routine maintenance checks, but that's about it. . I picked up the Haynes 1986-1996 EFI Tech Manual, but it doesn't include any info about this model. I contacted Holley, but they couldn't help me either.

It looks similar to a GM Model 200 TBI.

If any of you have any spec or technical info about this model, I would greatly appreciate it.

I heard there isn't much in the way of modifications you can do to it. Is this a small block injector, or a 2.2 or 2.5?

I was looking at one the other day on a '90 360 from a van as I was ripping it off to get to the heads.

That Holley TBI setup would be swappable....but....

They are not as good as the GM setup (Rochester 220)

You need to come up with a manifold (I used a Offy with a home made TB adapter)

You need some kind of distributor ....(GM is easy...Lean Burn Dist and HEI Module)

If you have the stuff already go for it....

Rug/Sandy, thanks for the input.

Rug, The TBI is from a 318. I'm hoping that it's sized OK for my 225 slant-6.

I plan to use a Clifford 4-bbl manifold that I have. I just contacted Clifford performance about getting a 4-bbl to 2- bbl adapter. If it doesn't match up, I'll need to fab one myself.

I'm sure I'll need some more of your advice along the way.

Great stuff, Matt! Thanks for pointing it out. It saves me from retracing old ground.
