There will be others chiming in on this, but. The quick dirty way is to crank down the torsion bars for the front end, and install some spacer blocks between the rear springs and the read end.
As you probably know you will need to have the front end realigned and you are giving up some wheel travel.

How low do you want to go? The torsion bar/spacer block trick I think is only good for an inch, 2 max, before the suspension just isn't...suspensiony anymore.
