Are 1967 and 1963 A body 7 1/4 axels the same length? I was wanting to swap right side axels so Jessicas car will have all right hand threads.

Yes, the axles are the same length. I would rather buy new studs or knock the studs out of the other axle and put them in the car than remove the existing axle shaft and replace the seal. Just personal preference, but if you don't have an impact wrench and spare lug nuts to pull the studs into the axle replacing the shaft is probably easier.
