What did you find wrong with your Holley 600?

I've been wondering about that off and on since Vegas.

It's too big for a slant, it needed annular boosters, or it needed an $11 power valve backfire asssembly (a pre-1993 Holley)!

Sad to say that I have not had time to dig into that carb.
It is sitting in a plastic bag... waiting.... and it will wait for a while, seeing I am still pissed-off at that carb.! (It cost me a whole day of 'thrashing" in the pits)
