Man, that thing sounds awesome. Any relation to Terry Littlejohn?

It sure sounds nice and smooth like the cam is small. I am surprised! Has the engine build been posted?

Well, I am never going to think about a slant the same way again. Watching that video was a bit of a wake up call.

Nope ....its the same length as all the others.

I had this cam in my truck......then i shipped it to Terry.

Terry is a good guy. He works way harder than anybody just to get parts.

I hear over lap. Sandy, is that one of those low lift long duration cams? We had one designed for one of our low compression big blocks that sounded like that. Wonder what it's going in.

thanks for the views, it was just as hard getting the video on youtube , had to get a friend to help, just like getting my cam all the way over here, thanks sandy, the cam in the blower motor is a comp .556lift/261@0.050 / 108,the motor is out for a new base pan which is working good and a new drive, the one in the video is 2.2dodge pulleys and a 2.4l dodge belt, that works but the low ribs on the idler lets the belt ride up and cut itself to bits, so i have got most of the pieces together to make a 2in drive 1/2in pitch belt system, should work alot better. i might get more time tuning rather than replacing belts.

Engine sounds great when you put it in its range, you can hear it start freeing up and breathing.

That is some good specs , who makes that cam ? Almost sounds like a Schneider grind . A set of 1.6 rocker arms would set that puppy loose with a head that would flow without backing up a@.600 lift.

You going to keep on till that thing is screaming at the track. Last I remember you got to make some passes last year with a new setup at the last race of the year, have you got to the track this year?

Anyway, great work and sounding good. Keep us posted on what that thing does.

Jess

the cam is a competition cams custom grind, i had this in the engine with the 4-53 blower and ran 12.30et and with the 4-71blower i have a best or 11.85et, we haven`t started racing here yet, the fog and rain doesn`t clear until end of may or early june. i might miss the first weekend, still waiting to get some 1/2in pitch blower pulleys. hoping this blower belt setup stay together longer.
