Hello, got the engine and trans in the coronet. The turbo system is pretty well mocked up , had to cut a few ex manifolds to get things right.I would like to run water injection ,would it be better to run the jet over the carb ,or at the turbo inlet ? .This is a carburated draw through system. Thanks.

There have been cases of eroding the compressor blades by injecting water directly into the turbo. If you can atomize the water well enough it would help and may eliminate the problem, but I'd inject the water after the turbo.

Thanks for the replies. I'll have to rethink the pump system, in order to compensate for boost pressure. thanks ..Dee.

If you make your tank out of something that will take pressure you can run a reference line to where the water is being injected and keep the pressure drop across the nozzle constant.
