Does anyone have a part number or source on the module that controls the headlamp buzzer and ignition key lamp? Looks like a three prong plug in. My car is a '69 cuda but I would guess other a-bodies are the same. Thanks,

The 1976 manual says key in/ Seat belt buzzer is 3780458 and used in all models that year...

The ignition lamp time delay relay was 2889565...

What you're asking about is actually 2 separate relays. The 69 Headlamp on reminder buzzer part number is 2983332 and is in fact a 3 pronger. Black/white tracer piggybacks into the fuse panel; the 2 yellows go to the door switches and the black goes to the H/L switch. The other one is a standard time delay available through fairly recent times and most likely still available at the dealer. This one turns your ignition switch light and possibly other lamps off after about 8-10 secs. Don't have a part number for it. Hope this helps.

Yup, 2889 565 is correct for the ignition switch light time delay, and it's used well up into the '80s and beyond. Still a current part from the dealer or www.chryslerpartsdirect.com .

Thanks for the info guys! Working with the numbers you gave me, the "time delay" relay is commonly available through the dealer and most parts stores. Ran $16 at NAPA. The buzzer is not so easy to find, but a few dealers across the country have them still sitting on shelves (at least the 1976 part number). Found one in the system for about $8. There may be an after market supplier but not sure on that. You were a great help - thanks guys!

Buzzers didn't change much over the years. If the NOS items are costly, you may want to try a p/n 4373 067. Not sure if it's 2- or 3-terminal; I'll check and report back.
