As of now my brother in law Dan and I are planning on being there. I am going to be driving the Valiant and we will be pitching a tent. We plan on getting there friday for test and tune.

The Valiant gets almost twice the gas milage of Dans Hemi Ram when it is towing the trailer and carring the camper. So to save a lot of gas money we will driving the Valiant out instead of trailering it and sleeping in a tent instead of in the slide in camper.

i cant wait! thanks to paul for the hookup on the linkage, the 2bbl will be on the car 4 the event hopefully b4 next weekend so i get some passes, if it rains out @ PrP tomorrow im doing it tomorrow with the old man...might be sqeaking this girl into the 17's !!!

Anyone else? If all of these folks show up that will be cool. Usually Frank Tedesco Runs a Duster in the slant class too! he's one of the track owners. Boy it sure would be nice to see some of the maryland and central / Eastern Pa Folks come out for this one.

Seymour called me this morning just before i left for work. trying to get the news letters out so we have them before prp. He did say that he will NOT be going to pittsburgh. And with gas prices, that 900 mile trip will be a costly 1. we should be ok. too bad they cancelled route 66 Chrysler classic, which had / 6 scheduled. WE need to push the Blankenship family to add SLANT 6 to NORWALKS program.

Got the new cyl head on the 68 last night and had a nice test ride. I'm good to leave here Fri eve/night.
