Well it's been too long, so it's time to do it again.

Looks like the Pentastar Pride is having it's mopar show down at the Waterfront again in Salem on Satuday July 19th...

So I will host a BBQ and slant six get together for all who can make it starting at Noon July 19th (that should give people time to go see some cars and have time to kick back and enjoy some food and drink).

Chris and I will be there!!! That's the day Potatoe Famine plays its tour homecoming show, so we'll have just gotten back into town, fresh off the road (ok maybe not so fresh. A bunch of punks touring for a week and a half don't usually smell the greatest.)

They have moved the show back to their (Roberson) dealership lot as in year's past. So, for those that want to show their car, you'll need to get there somewhat early in order to get a decent spot. It's too bad they are going back to the dealership. The waterfront park was a nice spot, lots of room and easy to get into and out of ! I haven't decided yet if I will show the Dart again this year ?? If I'm able to come down for the show, I'll plan on swinging by for the BBQ

I'll be there! I like steak! Gotta remember to bring folding chairs, CJ's engine block, cranks, rods, pistons and rings. My son Bert (he like steak too) will also be attending. We'll be rolling my Dakota as the manifolds are off the Valiant and I don't have time to put 'em back on tonight as today is my 14th wedding anniversary and this evening is booked.

I'll be coming down to walk through the Roberson show for awhile. I will not be showing the Dart. I don't want to 'wedge' the Dart in the show and not be able to get out until the end of the day ! I will come by the BBQ for awhile to visit before heading over to my sister's (Kuebler Road) for a family get-together.

D.I. - I have some KYB front shocks I recently removed to give to you for your Valiant.

Question for all: Since I'm cleaning out my 'parts' inventory, is anyone interested in purchasing a Super Six manifold (red), BBD, and custom air cleaner assembly ? $50.00 and it's yours !

i washed my dart and spent 3 hours waxing it today. i used a huge buffer wheel on a cordless drill to buff up the bumpers and to get the hard to reach spots. i took a short drive today and got 3 "nice dart comments"
we should p/m my wife she dosent have to work tomorrow and we need to have her come down. user name: Midi's wife let's talk her into comming down and meeting you guys, she is very shy so maybe a few p/m's would get her to go.
