I cc'd the head today. I did two different holes and both came out to be about 45-46 cc's. The head has been milled .100" and has big valves. I'm not sure what average or common numbers are, so I was just running them by you guys to see what you think. Does that sound high, low, average, etc?

Also, I found my old compression numbers from when I first got my truck several years ago. They ranged from 112-123 psi. What are they supposed to be? I guess it doesn't matter now that I'm rebuilding it, but I am just curious.

My head might have been milled before or maybe the took off more than the .100 I asked for but my chambers are 39cc's. My static compression now is in the 165psi range. I believe 130's are new stock?

I had .100 taken off the head on my valiant. This was an old "blueprinted" stock eliminator head. The head had been milled previously, but could not remember how much. I would guess about .020-.025. So the total would be about .125, and it cc'd at 39

Where did you get the .0066 factor?

It is also one of the correct details in the Mopar performance book.
