Anyone have opinions/experience with Alabama Boss Hog torque converters? 10 inch, 2800-3200 stall, 904 Torqueflite behind mild 360. Is this a good choice for my application? Thank You.

What is your application? Need more info. Remember a converter for a 360, will not have near as much stall speed, behind a slant six.

My only experience with Alabama converters was not good. The first one I got had the snout welded on crooked and wouldn't slide onto the input. The replacement one was so out of balance that it almost shook the windshield out of the car.

You get what you pay for in converters. Cheap means trouble, in my experience. Get one from Midwest or Continental or PTC or Edge Racing or Turbo Action.
