Due to the debate on which combination everyone wanted to go with, we did get off to a late start but the rods are in process and we are doing our best to finish them.

Thanks,

Tom

I've been friends with Chuck 20+ years. Worked on stuff with him way before Best.

I have only known them for about 3+ years but they have always done exactly what they said they would do and I have always enjoyed talking with them.

Pistons are 425grams. I don't have a weight on the pins. Comp. ht. is 1.455". Appx .300" shorter to fit the new rod. Dome is .250" thick.

Sounds good.

So, can we order a package of rods, rings, and pistons? Or, should I call K1 and Wiseco separately?

Thanks,

Lou

Since I was doing a turbo piston it wasn't going to be part of the "package" but they do have the specs now if anyone wants to duplicate it. I'm not sure if they have worked out the ording details between the 2 companies yet for the "standard package".

I bought the pistons as a complete assembly==>Piston, pin, locks, rings

Thanks very much, Tom.

I will give you a call in the next few days. I also have another goofy rod request for a second set for me (easy mod to your design).

Shaker, thanks for pic - WOW.

Lou

Are these available as little longer? I´d need ~7.15" rod.

We can make longer versions of this rod but they will be custom pieces which are more expensive.
