I was checking my suspension yesterday and found out that you will also need the upper A-arm if you go with the early model disc brakes. My 73& your 74 front drum cars have the small bolt pattern but the upper a-arm has the bigger ball joint so you will have to get early upper a-arms :( with the small ball joint. I found this out because I,m putting my 69 Dart front disc on the Duster and up grading to larger disc on the Dart(someday) but this works out ok because I need the bigger ball joint A-arm for the Dart.

The 4 piston disks were from '65 1/2 to '72. For easy i.d. the caliper will be towards the rear of the car.

Hey guys, along the same line as this, I need a new front wheel hub or hub/drum assembly. Had a front bearing freeze up and it bored out the bearing race seat. New bearing races just spin and new bearings last about 2 weeks. I'm in the Sacramento, CA area. Any ideas where I can pick one up, or does someone on here have one?

Might be worth seeing this thread.

Thanks, I was just hoping to pick up a working hub, pack the bearings, run them home and run it. I guess if I can't find a place that has them, this gives me another option. Still keeping my fingers crossed for a hub that doesn't need machine work.
