Thanks Demon, yes we did it in the correct order, and even blocked off each circuit separately to isolate them. No love. I am going to try and swap the MC tonight

Are you using an adjustable prop. valve?

If they are installed horizontally there are cavities between the end of the npt fittings and the casting. The fluid passage is only about 1/8" but the rest of the hole is sized for 1/8" npt. I don't see how any amount of bleeding can get the air out of this high spot.

I had some soft pedal problems when I did our disk conversion. It ended with a second new master cylinder and moving and re-plumbing the prop valve and rear residual pressure valve so the inlet is down and the outlet straight up. The pedal is now hard and high.

Hey Menko,
those guys have a good point. about the inlet and outlet on the prop valve. if today it still doesn't work try replacing the valve with a union fitting. it'll be fine for the weekend and we can replumb it later. I didn't put a prop valve in the van and i haven't had lockup problems (yet).
