On the power relay, pins 33 and 87 pass power through the contacts to the module. Does it really matter which pin goes to power or module? Also, 85 and 86 switch the relay...same question here.

Also, I plan to run power straight to the module through the relay, but let the coil get it's power from the original stock wiring (from the resistor wiring which I'll also use to trigger the relay). Good idea or bad??

Finally, while they are easily swapped if wrong, has anyone figured out which Mopar color wire from the pickup goes to W or G on the module?

Simple questions yes, but I'm not great with electronics. Thanks!

30: Power input (to B+)
87: Power output (to module)
86: Trigger + (to ignition-on 12v)
85: Trigger - (ground)

If you're going to the trouble of putting in a relay, use a relay with dual #87 terminals (not 87 & 87a, that's not the same) and connect the module to one #87 and the coil to the other.

Well, my relay only has one 87 terminal, but I can run both the module and coil wires to a single spade for it. I'm going to whip this all together tomorrow, and I'll let all know how it goes.

By the way, I am also running the 15 amp fuse as suggested. What is most likely to blow this fuse that I should carry a few extras? Thanks!

So, if you run the relay to the coil and module , does that mean that the wire from the relay powers the coil and you do not need to connect the factory wire to the coil +?
When you run the other wire to the module ,it goes to the positive terminal, and then it does not need to go to the coil since it is feeding from that power source ?

Thanks
Dave

If I follow your question accurately, the answer is "Yes to all".
