My service manual calls these weather curtains (the rusted part outside of the window) but Im not sure.

Interesting, never heard 'em called "weather curtains" before. Common term is "cat whiskers" or "Window sweepers". They (and the clips needed to secure them to the door metal) are available from Gary Goers and others. That takes care of your first pic. Your second pic, I think you're showing us deteriorated door weatherseals. It's never been hard to find the actual seal part, but the original is a windlace-weatherseal combo that has been very difficult to find. Metro Molded Parts now offers it in various colours. Thanks Dan- Yes the frayed metal bit, I actually didn't realize they are 1 piece units (windlace/seal). I checked Metro-sure enough those are exactly what I was looking for. It always takes a little rain to remind me of what my car really needs.
