I put a holley 350 cfm two barrel on my car and I disconnected all the one barrel choke but now I have no power to start my car. I was wondering if there is a ground that might was connected to the old choke that would affect this. I dont know what else it would be.

Should I ground the old connectors for the choke?

no.

you may have bumped something, check the usual suspects like battery clamps/cables/firewall connector/fusible link. your starter may also have decided now would be the time to crap out, check the relay (follow the small starter wire back to a metal box and check connections) and in park, short the small terminal on the starter to the large one and see if it turns over.
