hi i know there is one out in mopar muscle but io was wondering if there is a better one out for a cast iron block? i would want to get decent gas milage but able to get into the lower 14's mid 13's, what would you reccomend and where to get the parts?
also i am intreasted in about 100 shot of nos what do i have to do to my car to make it safe?

Cast iron or aluminum block does not matter on the buildup. They list a pretty good recipe for what you want, as long as you have a fairly light car and nice drivetrain.

my car is a 74 dodge swinger i just restored will i still get into the 14's?

Where there's a will, there's a way... You can do it if you are diligent and have some $$ behind you. It will not, however, be a "no-brainer" unless you have big $$ to spend (like more than $5k on the drivetrain).
