Sorry, this is actually for my '89 Toyota pickup, but should be applicable to MOPARs too...On Rockauto, I see several different lamps. Starts out with Delco or GE halogen sealed and goes up from there. Several Walker brand are shown: incandescent sealed, halogen sealed, halogen sealed "TruView". and "BriteLite" Also several presumably Japanese for three times the price.

What's the difference, and which is "best"? or does it make any difference? Thanks.

It does make a large difference which lamps you get. Most sealed beams are junk very sloppily made on very old/decrepit tooling. The only sealed beams worth buying are the GE Night Hawk items. H6024NH for cars with one large round per side, H6054NH for cars with one large rectangular per side. 9004NH or 9007NH for replaceable-bulb headlamps (if your lamps take 9005 or 9006, there's a better option). Night Hawks can be tough to find locally, but Amazon.com has them on permanent sale, just type the part number in the search box.

Don't buy Sylvania Silverstar/ultra, Wagner TruView, Philips CrystalVision, or anything else with blue glass in the bulb and claims of "whiter" light — that's a scam.

If you want to put effort and/or money into seeing much better at night, go see my website and read up on improving the headlamp circuit, picking upgrade headlamps, etc.

Also see over here for upgrades to the car's other lights.

(Oh hi, I'm the automotive lighting boffin/maven  )

Where can I get those Bosch Compact 100 fog lights you mentioned?

Tough to find in North America; I usually have at least one variety on the shelf (white fog, yellow fog, white auxiliary high "driving" beam) but not sure what the stock situation is at the moment. Send me an e-mail and I'll check.
