PRI is a hardcore racing industry trade show. All business for the new year gets done at PRI, it covers racing around the world, from go-kats to F1.
SEMA is more of a poser show, wheels and tires, paint jobs, audio, the whole gambit. PRI is for racers.

I used to go to PRI when they had it on the West coast but I can never swing it... now that it is held in Florida and so close to the Holidays.
May-be next year...

Normally all you'd need is a business card with your racing team info on it. Too late for credentials now unless you're an exhibitor.

Well I made it into the show. Didn't even see half the stuff. Need to go back on Saturday (can't make it on Fri). Met Greg (Smrtic), Mat Cramer, and the "Three Stooges" Charles Myers, said to say "Hi" to the group. He was there with Charles Jr, and Lester.

My trip to the show definitely went well. Got some research done for a book I was working on, got to meet lots of interesting people... and I saw this. I wonder if they'd be interested in making one for the /6?

What a great show! Sorry I didn't get to meet more /6'ers, maybe next year!

Sorry about that, Gary (at least I was close). Good to meet you in person. That show was HUGH. I never did get to see everything. I am still trying to recover, and read all the info I picked up. Next year I will make plans earlier and do the three days, instead of just two.
