Does anyone know of a supplier for some good long shank double cut carbide burrs?

I perused feebay- and didn't see anything that suited my needs- 1/4" shank
w/3/4" or so dia. tips.

Thanks for the tip ceej (haha get it) :roll:

I was specifically looking for the long shanked ones- about 5-6"

I couldn't find these or the specs on the lengths on their site.

Go to http://www.mcmaster.com/ and take a look at page 2576, about a third of the way down. Pay attention to shank diameter. Those should fix you up.

No problem, Stone. If you order from them, I suggest you go ahead and get thier paper catalog. Last I knew, it was still free. It's a pretty thick one, and you'll be amazed at what a guy can get from them.

Just be careful,you must use a MUCH lower speed with extended bits.otherwize it will bend over and 'helicoper'
