Hi folks,

I just wanted to advise that there are currently some great deals available for the Hurricanes in regards to shipping and especially so for US-customers based on the current exchange rate. Please contact PP&R (sales@pentastarparts.com.au) or alternatively AussieSpeed (mark@aussiespeed.com) with your enquiry.

I would also like to touch on the matter of supplier trust. Recently we sent an intake to a US customer which seems to have been damaged. The intake was obviously dropped on one end which resulted in misaligned ports and gasket face. Cast alloy is strong however make no mistake, if dropped, they will bend. Contrary to popular belief, this can be repaired however in the matter of this particular event we are negotiating a product replacement. This is certainly an unexpected problem, I make mention of it here to provide readers the piece of mind that PP&R and AussieSpeed are dedicated to providing the support needed to resolve such issues, buy our products with confidence.

kind regards,
Ray

The kitchen table, gasket and intake manifold in the photo below belong to me, this forum's DadTruck. I was more than a bit dismayed when I discovered that the intake manifold that I had purchased was damaged upon receipt.
Ray Web at PP&R, Mark at Aussiespeed and I exchanged a few e-mails and photos, They agreed to exchange that intake for a replacement and refund my shipping charges for the return of the bent intake. At the end of this adventure I can certainly attest that the folks at PP&R and Aussiespeed believe in their products and offer outstanding service. Certainly a parts source that can be trusted.

thanks
