Do you think my offer of $100 for a slant + 904 is too little? (out f a 74 Duster. PO said it ran ok)

If its good thats an ok offer. I try and pick them up for free all the time. Sometimes Ill pay for one thats in good shape(ie I here it run) or it has something I want with/on it.
