Where can I get new or good used REAR QUARTER window rubbers for my 1961 Valiant Hardtop?

Does anyone know if you can improvise a generic window rubber to fit a 1961 Valiant Hardtop quarter window?

I believe the same window rubber also fitted the 1961 and 1962 Lancer Hardtop and the 1962 Valiant Signet Hardtop.

Please send me a private email if you can help.

Thanks

The 4 door sedan rear quarter window rubbers are different in profile and SMALLER in length than than the 2 door Hardtop rear quarter window rubbers.

The rear quarter window glass in the Valiant, Lancer and Signet 2 door Hardtops and Sedans (1961 and 1962) is larger than the 4 door sedans of the same year.

If we could get a supplier to make the rear quarter window rubbers for the 1961 Valiant Hardtop I reckon at least 40 sets could be sold in Australia - not sure how many would sell in the States.

Oh, how 'bout that. Didn't know about the glass/weatherstrip difference between 2dr and 4dr cars. Sounds like a job for Steele's.

I could use a set of those myself. Let me know if you have any luck with them.
