I was pondering a holley kit myself for my 225 but the smallest one called for at least a 150hp engine. I thought it could be just tuned down... I called holley tech line up and they said none of their kits would be appropriate for my engine... *shrug* I'm in the process now of installing my howell kit.

Lou has a Holley 2D on his '64 but has just wired in theMega Squirt, and is getting the bugs worked out on it. I rode in his car wth the stock Holley 2D unit, and it was awsome indeed. I would have been happy as it was, but progress is always calling in this hobby.

I had the ancient ProJection 2bbl TBI with analog computer up until the MS (running next week?). Don't worry about their 150 HP rating, you will be fine if they still have the 670 CFM 2bbl unit and it has a good computer behind it. Even with 85 lb/hr injectors, mine had no trouble idling smoothly and giving good mileage. Had it on a milder motor too, and it was OK except off-idle bog (better computer tuning would have fixed that).

You should be able to use the old analog hard parts with the Commander 950 computer (computer upgrade is about $700), or with the MS, as I will soon see...
