I've been looking thru all the past posts and had printed off the Super Six article. The Tool Pusher over here from New Zealand was looking at it talking about his old slant six. He told me I needed some SU carbs off of a Jag 3.8. To go to the junkyard and grab some. I had to explain that there probably wasn't a Jag in every junk yard in the countie I live in. He then called me over and said I needed one of theseStromberg I told him I wish I had some free cash laying around. It made me drool so I thought it might make you drool also. Enjoy Mike

Owners of cars originally equipped with Zenith-Stromberg CD carbs like that frequently change to SUs, which are a direct bolt-on and considered much less problem-prone.

SU HS6s look better, to boot, IMHO. Especially if you polish up the bells.
