Speaking of tickets, looks like I will end-up with an extra 3 day pass so if anyone needs it, drop me a private message.

Doc, did I read that you're leaving Thursday? Does it take a day to get there from where you are, or is there something I don't know?

I was planning to leave Friday morning to get there about 11:00 AM Friday. Should I be there earlier?

Gates open at 8:00 AM, tech at 12:00 and time trials at 2:00 on Friday.
I want to try to get there early on Friday so I want to leave the day before.

I'm up near San Francisco, CA, it's a little over 500 miles to Las Vegas and we are towing a car so 10 to 12 hours travel time for us.

If you get there Friday morning, look for Mike Jeffrey "Buzzin Half Dozzin" (blue 68 Valiant) and Dave Mueller's yellow Valiant station wagon. SAVE SOME PIT SPACE so we can get 8 to 10 Slant cars parked together.
See ya there,
DD

I thought tech was at 2:00 PM.

I don't know if I want to park my sad slow stocker between all these hi-po race cars. Then again, I may learn something ;)

Edit: Better bring your hat and sunscreen. It's hot out there.

You are right, tech at 2:00 so no big hurry on Friday

Ok, final countdown time.
Mike J. called, he is "on the road"
Dave Mueller called, he is on the road
Steve Magnante called, he will leave Friday and has some "surprizes"
I roll out of here tomorrow, mid-day, may-be i can grab a computer someware to give everyone an up-date once I'm there.

As Gunpilot said, it's gonna be HOT!!
