What are the angles that i would grind the valves too on a stock /6? just doina a standard valve job at school

The seats are 45,Some people prefer to cut the valves at 45,some at 46

do a triple cut 45 for seat ,70 inside to runner and smooth to runner,10 to face side

I read somewhere that intake valves are at 45°, exhaust valves at 43° and all seats at 45°. Would this be correct?

that would work. what you dont want is to have the seats and the valves at the same angle. the mismatch helps to keep the seats clean and prevent a chunk of carbon holding a valve open
