Caught a few good shots of Big Bad Barry at The Rock yesterday trying to hold his own with the V8 boys.....where were the rest of you guys??

Show is getting a lot bigger....they had 150+ show cars, 25+ swap meet guys and a ton of race cars. Did not get a lot of pictures since I was running two classes but here are few of Barry.

Barry - sorry we did not get to talk long but if you want some of these shoot me an email at drakecoatings@aol.com and i will get them to you.

Three lights lit and wheels up! I'm getting better with the new camera.

Last time I talked to Barry he was really into turbo Neons, it is good to see the six pak car out again. I don't think Barry is on this board much but if you have never seen his car, it is a real show piece as well as fast. Barry really knows how to detail out an engine compartment. Any times for the weekend?

Rockingham is one of the fastest tracks in the country, about 100 feet above sea level. We used to have a slant race there until the manager tried to throw Jim Cox out of the tower. Good to hear from Tom again.

I think he was running 7.60's...not sure.

I was there for the blow-up and I think that there was fault on both parties in that altercation!

I could not find Barry in the pits so I did not get to speak. The only chance i got was right before second round as he was putting on his helmet for a run. I did talk to him a while back about turbo neon's and pt cruisers!

Here is a link to the other pictures I posted on Moparts. http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/sho ... ost5160446

Good to hear you, Tom.
And nice pics! Anytime you see a slant with the wheels up is a good time :D Keep it up, Barry!

I hate that I missed the show; it's always been a good Mopar day.
