I'm in. I vote we make it pot-luck. If everyone brought something to share we'd be in fat city.

If there is a grill available I'd be happy to donate burgers and buns. My grill won't fit in the Valiant.

potluck is fine i'll bring somthing. and i'll see what i can do about a grill.

are fridge is stocked with noz, pepsi, water and ice tea.

we also have pounds of good coffee

we are also gonna have a garage sale of slant stuff, 20.00 oil changes and other mopar stuff for sale. we will also offer a cheap detailing service for those who want it.

i personally take the edmonds 205th street exit off I-5, take a right on 99 then it takes you right here.

kids are welcome ....
we have lots of movies and kids flix for any kids that show up, if anyone does bring children please supervize them in the shop.

other than that i'm looking forward to everyone being here

Any chance your shop will mount and balance some tires for cheap?

we take that stuff next door, but they are closed

too bad cause they love us and because of that there is no charge for balance and mount

the frist trophy is completed:

there is also another one and small trophy also.

now we need to decide what the requirements are and who is gonna judge.

Since I won't have a Slant 6 equipped car there, I vote that I get to judge...

So do we have a grill? Can someone bring condiments? Veggies for the burgers? I'm still going to bring burgers and buns and probably sodas.

yes we have a brand new grill, but we have never used it and i don't know if it has gas. ... i'm working on finding that out.

michael, thor, swingergrrl & my self will be starting this early so feel free to come earlyer if you want to, i'm unlocking & opening up the shop around 10:00 am. i'll have hot coffee around and donuts ready around 10:30.

should we start a social corner post about the judging / contest.

i have 2 super awesome trophys, and a working AC unit to give out as a prize.

thanks!

neil

Yes I realize that this is a bit off-topic, but it's relevant because of the delivery location.

Does anyone have a set of standard size forged crank rod bearings that they can bring to the meet for me?

Found out after puling the pan on my engine that it is a forged crank, therefore the rod bearings I have are the incorrect width.

PM me if you have a set!

I'm going to have to skip this event as well. With the rainy weather, length of the drive and plenty to do around the house I'll be staying home.
