hey guys, ive been missing my dart like crazy lately, and a friend just bought a 64 continental (w lots of power acc and suicide doors) and it made me miss my dart even more! anyway, im starting a new job beginning of june, and as part of that i will be transporting a group of people in my own vehicle, havent talked to my boss yet, but i assume that no rear seat belts would be a problem...was that by chance an option in 67? i think ive still got a set of rear belts from either a 73 or 74, might even have the bolts still! the car is in storage in illinois otherwise i would take my lazy self out and have a looksee, but as its not here, i figure ill ask you guys, if not, what alternatives exist for retrofitting belts? i would prefer to not have to do too much to it, i guess drilling holes under the seat wouldnt be terrible, but id prefer not to, would that metal under there be good enough for belts or is that spot reinforced if it came with them? thanks!

The anchors should certainly be there.

Yup, the reinforced threaded anchor points are already there. Go get bare-minimum seat belts (lap belts) from Ssnayke-Oyl or good seat belts (4-point harnesses) from Wesco, remove the rear seat, and bolt 'em in (one new anchor point needed for the Wesco belts)
