saw these and was skeptical, but it seems the bulk of people who reviewed it picked up about 3mpg, anyone try these on a slant? seems too good to be true to me

also whats the best way to go with wires, it seems like magnacore was the recommended brand a couple years back, are they still the best bet/wheres the cheapest place to get them?

Magnecor is still the best. Lou (Dart 270) just had a thread on where He bought them not too long ago.

General rule is that ignition wires only make a difference if the ones you have on there have deteriorated. Aftermarket wires sometimes hold up better, particularly if using a high output ignition.

forgot to mention, running 74 dizzy w hei and accell hotter coil/bypassed ballast resistor, may help a little, have some older stock wires, maybe even mismatched at this point... :oops:

Yeah...do not buy anything but known-brand, non-hyped, non-BS stuff from JC Witless. Most of what they sell is overhyped trash, and there's no such thing as getting 3mpg more by replacing spark plug wires unless the originals were shot. Use Magnecor wires.
