Had a rusted 31 Nash in the pasture and like the rat rod fad and decided to make use of the fine "patina."

Didn't want to go with the generic SBC or SBF and thought a slix would be different.

Wanting one of the long runner intakes mostly for the aesthetics. Going to build a set of 6-into-2 lake headers under it. This should be sufficiently unique!

Found the Aussie intake on eBay and here on the forum, but interested in the Doug Dutra casting. Found a lot info about them on the net, and even some pics, but can't seem to find how to purchase one. Are they still available? Help?

nice! my dad and i were hoping to put a slant in a metropolitan (very different than yours i know...) but when we went to get the car 5 hrs away it was way worse condition then we were led to believe, feared that we might kill someone trying to tow it with what we had and they wouldnt rent us a trailer with a caravan to tow it. looking forward to seeing your nash project, got any pics? sorry i dont have info on the dutra castings, but i believe whats made is made, and the casting has been sold to clifford or someone. someone else should be able to fill you in better, welcome to the boards!

Clifford Performance owns the molds but from what I hear they don't have any manifolds in stock and have no immediate plans to make more. Your best bet is to find a used one.
