Well in my efforts to find a good cheap mopar, i stumbled across a car lot that is askin 4500 for a 65 chrysler newport. Its a gas guzzlin big block, which sucks, but the interior is mint condition, literally. There is one flaw about the size of my pinky nail on the lower passenger panel inside the car. This car looks like it rolled off the showroom floor.. One original owner, 60K original miles, and receipts all the way back! Heres the craigslist ad but it doesnt do it ANY justice at all! I feel if i dont get it, i will feel like an idiot later, too good a deal to pass up...

Pretty nice 2-door, hard to find in any condition. I'd jump on it if I were you. Flash some cash, I bet the dealer will go 30% less.

I used to get an honest 20mpg when my wife and I drove between Seattle and Travis AFB in California in my old '70 Fury that also had a 383 with a Holley 2210 2bbl. You'll be surprised the power they have.

Well, complete change of plans, lol! Went to monroe on sunday and found my baby! It's a 72 dart swinger 2 dr hard top, 318. This car is awesome. We ended up avoiding the car lot due to the salesman inablitly to make you want to shop there. He was a real jerk, and i decided to not go through him. Heres a pic, ill get more up later today!

Cool Dart, but I hope you got it a lot cheaper than the price of the all original big block car.

yes, paid much less, and this cars worth a lot more. Ran the numbers and original 318, 90k miles, some documents in glove box, for oil changes and whatnot, and original interior, only a couple rips in the seat and a small tear in headliner. Paid less than $2000
