That's 44 pounds of extra lead in the trunk and the AMC 258 that run's 4 tenth's faster than us is still ignored. Ain't life great.......

Mike knew he made a boo-boo as soon as he saw his time slip.

He did get HP taken off for your combo a couple years ago though, so you guys are still ahead of where you were then. I think he got 8 or10 taken off.

I almost bought the car he has a year before he got it. I passed because I thought it would never make the .5 under to win class. :shock:

The AMC's seem to only run fast enough to stay under the radar.

I can't wait for Indy to see if the CJ's finally pull the stops out. They will probably get some HP for sure.

It took mike and I almost 2 years of letter writing to get the HP rating lowered enough so we could be competitive against the amc 258 and chevy V6 and now we're behind them again. Oh well back to the dyno again.
