Sandy, Do you still have the RAP tranny in your '65 and how is it holding up to your stronger engine? The reason I'm asking is my son wants to do the Keisler conversion on his '64 Valiant and I'm trying to talk him into doing a RAP for now untill he can save the money. The car really needs another gear for the freeway ya know!

Sandy hasn't been on for a while, but I think he still has the same trans in the car he started with. He hasn't broken it yet. :)

Yea YET! From what I've read, he doesn't cut it any slack :D The old RAP tranny aint as light duty as we'd think! Oh well I'm going to start searching for 1. Hope Sandy's not lost up there in Canada :D Hey Salntzilla, congrates on the new house.

I just called him. He's fine, just busy. :D

He said the fires are a long way from him. I kinda thought so, but Kelowna is in his region.

He's gonna call back in about 1/2 hour.

I think "in Sandy's region" means something like a 500 mi radius...
