How about some information on high stall converters for 904TF behind Slant Six.  Who makes them?  Any other special insights?ThanksS Scamp

Any converter company can build you one starting at around $350 and up, depending on what you want. Make sure to order one built to your combination, and remember that one rated behind a V-8 will stall 3-400 less behind a Slant.

I have used Midwest with pretty good success, others have used Edge, Continental, and Dynamic. There is also PTC, ATI, and Coan, but those are high end and the price will reflect it. :shock:
