Just bought a 1965 Valiant 2 door post, 225, auto. Location is Rancho Mirage CA we are about 80 miles east of Houston TX. Its supposed to be in good shape, I've seen sveral pics and all looks good, this is the first time i've bought a car from this distance (1500 miles!!). I leave at 6:00 A.M. in the morning. The plan is to drive straight through, attach the tow bar and drag her home, hope we make it!! Wish us luck and we'll post some pics when we get her home. Computer is coming with us and if I have a chance I'll get some updates posted and maybe some pics before we get home.

pull that driveshaft for the ride hopme on the tow dolly. Youre in TX; why you gotta go to Cali for a nice car?? I thought that Tx had plenty of them.
