Just a tip, depending your year and model, you may have to cut longer threads on the grade 8's to mount your accelerator cable bracket. I had to do this once. Grade 8's don't come continuiously threaded from head to foot (or at least I couldn't find them), so an additional inch or so has to be threaded to go all the way through the exhaust manifold. The linkage bracket mounts on the tails of the bolts on the underside of the exhaust mani.

They do make grade 8 all-thread. The garden variety ones found at your local hardware store are likely grade 2, so make sure you read the label. If it isn't marked grade 8, then it isn't.

Remember, anti-seize is your friend.

You can use stainless bolts too as an option. That way they don't rust in place. You can also drill out the threads and use nuts on the bolts if the manifold is very rusty.

Here is a handy bolt head marking chart; Grade-8 bolts have six radial lines on the head.
