I found an E-core coil bracket in the Napa online catalog, but according to Napa, this part can only be purchased over the counter at your local NAPA Auto Parts store. There is a company called D&M Auto Parts that sell all Napa products online, it may be available there.
The bracket is not listed for any specific model E-core coil, and since many of those coil seem similar in size, it may be of universal fit. It is made by Echlin, and the Napa part number is ECH ICB22. You can see it in the Napa online catalog here. I hope this can be of use for those who don't want to make their own bracket. There is a lot of E-coil brackets out there, but new ones may be difficult to find!

I looked at that, but decided to build my own. All you really need is a couple 90* shelf brackets. I chose to over-engineer mine, but I plan on doing some off roading and don't want pieces flying off.

I totally agree, coconuteater64, I'm also making my own bracket, those coils are heavy! But I am sure there are slantsixers that for some reason don't like to fabricate stuff themselves, and since I found this item and since the HEI convertion is a hot theme, well - there it is! 8)

Ooh. I might be interested in this! I have a coil mount from a Chevy Blazer that I was going to use, but it makes the coil stand up at the most awkward angle. I'll swing by Napa and check this out. Thanks for a good tip for us lazy guys.

The catalog link doesn't work anymore. Does anyone have a part number for this coil bracket?

Hi, the_shadow.
Sorry about the link, it is obviously too old and no good anymore. If you make a search for 'coil bracket' in the Napa catalog, you get 13 hits, but none like the one shown, so it may not be available anymore.

Olaf.
