Yes Easter Sunday I fired it up broke in the cam, changed the oil & filters adjusted the valves, repaired a couple oil leaks to the remote filters. It fired rite up with a touch of the key, sounds great, has good oil pressure. Couldn't take it for a ride was missing clutch linkage. Now I have to bulid exhaust system another weeks project. Heres some more pics. Somebody asked about a boost referance fuel pump. I am running a line from the air bonnet to the vent port on fuel pump. Was told when boost presure gos up presure on diaphragm will increase fuel preasure accordingly. You can find this on a messge board at a yahoo site carburettedblowers.com you have to join the site to log on but its no big deal.Image

Looks like a well engineered setup. How did you do the crank pulley and belt? GM or Ford belt type? Boost level you're shooting for?

Should scoot like a boot to the patoot...

Nice work...
Keep "cranking" on this one, Spring is here and Summer is just around the corner... time for some serious SL6 action.

will you have a fuel pressure gauge to check that fuel pressure is 5lbs more than the boost levels that you are running under load condition?if you are running 10lbs of boost then you need 15lbs fuel pressure to keep the bowls full of fuel.
