No, you need to follow the instructions I linked to, using the [img] ... [/img] tags to make them visible here in the topic.

Ah HA! Only they need to be a little larger - it's a start though!

Nice job! How much clarence to valve gear do you have?

The good looking pcv attachment in nqkjw's picture at the start of this thread, is probably the one Mopar Performance now sell for the chrome Hemi valve cover.
At $79.00 a piece - without the pcv valve!!

Does anyone have experience with the baffle-grommets offered by Moroso and others, or with the screw-in 'baffle' from Jegs?

I have ordered this Trans-dapt breather from Summit. Image
They are twist-on type, but i shall see if that can be modified, I'll come back with results when I get them. They look nice, and seem to have the possibility for an attachment of a PCV valve built in, maybe the old style metal type will fit nicely.

BTW, if someone need a longer/wider oil filler tube, with or without breathers, search for custom parts for air-cooled VW engines.

I have searched for PCV valve data in general, but not found any. Does anyone know where to find the operating range for PCV valves for different engines?

Olaf

hey, my Dart has been on the backburner for awhile, but I wouldn't mind having my pretty Offy valve cover sitting on top of the engine soon :)

I have all the pcv and air breather pieces required, drilled a hole and installed the grommets... but what is the recommended Oil fill cap for the other end of the valve cover? must be from the 60's?
