I've sort of put part of this post up before.
On a '74 Duster:
Problem is heater blower won't work.

Previous owner took out A/C and in the process, I think, blew out the # 4 fuse in the fuse panel.
looking at the wiring diagram link which someone on this site sent me in May,
I don't see that fuse hooking up with the heater blower. maybe #2 fuse does????
The fuse panel has a black wire to it that connects to a solid bar that fuses # 2, 3, & 4 connect to.
Would it be better to tap into that bar and run a hot wire from it to a line fuse or try to repair that fuse panel connector?
I think Option #1 would be easier.

I got a new blower switch (old one was frozen).
Connector on blower switch had no hot wires to/from it.
I located a 4-prong connector near it that was unconnected; plugged it into the switch and it had power.
BUT, the blower still doesn't work.
I don't get juice past the hookup on the heater box, which I assume is the resistor?
Anybody know if that resistor is a current part # anywhere?

I haven't yet tried to run a connector straight from the blower to the battery iot see if the blower runs at all.

Does anyone know what the part is called and does that is screwed to the right inner fender panel on top?
It attaches with a single screw, has the PentStar on it and part #38713
and it has black, blue, light green and dark blue wires coming out of it into a 4-prong connector. Bear with me on the colors, I'm not real sharp there.
Is it part of the A/C or what is it spoz to hook up to?

I appreciate your help and guidance. The rainy season is near and I need to get that blower fixed or my wife will take my car and leave me with the Duster when it's raining.

Did you ever figure out what this part is? I have one on my 1974 Dodge Monaco, and its not connected to anything. I put some pics here:

I read in the FAQ that "there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board". I attempt to provide direct links to the pics I uploaded to the other board (located at the link I provided earlier).
thanks,
arthur
