Well , maybe I don't know how to read the degree wheel .... I checked it twice but maybe need to do it twice more LOL !!

"Degrees advance" (or retard) for a cam are measured at the crank, not at the cam...

Well ,I brought my shortblock in to the machine shop that did the block for me and had him check it out . The cam is right on 102 degrees intake centerline , so what I did with the cam gear was correct . Looking forward to finishing up the install and seeing what it will do .
